Afternoon Tea is available Tuesday – Saturday 9am – 3pm with 24 hours notice. A deposit of £5 per person will be required.
Private booking for 12+ persons for Afternoon Tea or Gentleman’s Teas can be made on Sundays from 12-3pm. Please email all bookings to info@hildenbrewery.co.uk
Tues – Sat 9am – 3pm we serve breakfast from 9am – 12pm; lunch from 12pm – 3pm.
As a family business, it is important for us to use, where possibly, other family businesses.
Our coffee beans come from Fidela Coffee in Coleraine. Frank and Rachel import coffee beans from Frank’s family farm and surrounding farms in Colombia. They are roasted by Frank and his team in Coleraine and delivered to Lisburn. That’s as close as family farm to cup as we can ever hope to get for coffee! And their coffee is delicious! They come up with new blends all the time and we try out different ones from time to time, getting feedback from our regulars.
For our filter coffee, we use Johnston’s coffee, another local family business, located in Lisburn, a stone throw away from the brewery.
